The Health Benefits Resource Center’s (HBRC) mission is to serve the sick and poor by improving access to health care and providing social services in a holistic approach to promote health and wellness.
The HBRC is a one-stop information enrollment assistance and referral service center that links patients in need to valuable government-sponsored health benefits, social services, and community programs.
All services provided by the HBRC are free. The HBRC has bilingual enrollment specialists who are happy to assist patients to ensure that they receive the essential resources available to them.
HBRC provides assistance for patients who may experience any type of difficulty related to their enrollment and/or access to their benefits. The center performs ongoing outreach to educate patients about benefits and safeguards that come with participation in government-sponsored programs.
